Place Orders and Pay Online

We use the Shopatron shopping service makes it easy to find and order the special products you need. When you order and pay online, their intelligent system immediately starts working to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible.

Shopatron accepts payment by Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please note that your credit card statement will include a charge from Shopatron instead of this site.

COD orders are not accepted.

Shopatron does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card numbers by email, as this is not a secure practice. Shopatron does not accept phone orders.

Gift Wrap

Gift wrap is a great idea! We are looking to add that to our services available, but we don’t offer it at this time.

Click Gift during checkout and the packing slip will not list prices.

 

Replacement Parts

Depending on the product, we may have replacement parts available. Please email your request to consumers@alexbrands.com or use the contact us page. Include the product name and number, your name, full address, phone number and where it was purchased.

Order Tracking

All orders ship Fed Ex. You will receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email when your order ships. You can check the shipment status of your order(s) by clicking the Fed Ex tracking link in the email.

International & APO Orders

Poof-Slinky.com does not ship internationally, at this time.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, nor APO or FPO addresses. Choose the appropriate shipping locations when ordering online.

 

Sales Tax

Tax will be applied to your order depending on where it is being shipped to. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. You will see sales tax applied before placing your final order.

 

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders

This store only accepts online orders. Orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, email or Fax.

Order Questions or Changes

If you have placed an order via the internet recently and need further information you may contact Shopatron directly (support@shopatron.com or 888-234-5450). Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible.

Backorders

We do not accept orders for items out of stock.  Many products are available at local retailers or check your favorite online retailer. Check back with us online, as we are constantly refreshing our inventory

 

Can’t find a product online

Our range of products  is very large and many retailers carry different selections of our very large range. We may not sell all items online that can be found locally or at your favorite online retailer.
